REFUND POLICY

Thank you for visiting eloquentiaonline.shop! We are committed to providing high-quality furniture products and ensuring that your shopping experience is pleasant. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a refund in accordance with the refund policy below:

1. Refund application conditions
   ● We accept refund requests within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
   ● Refunds are only available for unused, unassembled and intact products. The product must retain the original packaging, tags and all included accessories.
   ● Some products (such as custom furniture, promotional items or clearance items) may not be eligible for the refund policy. Please check the product description for details before purchasing.
2. Refund application process
   ● Please contact our customer service team at trevormonday@eloquentiaonline.shop and provide your order number, purchase date and details of the item you wish to return.
   ● The customer service team will respond to you within 2 working days of receiving the request and provide the return address and further return instructions.
   ● Returned items must be returned via tracked service, unless it is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or quality issues), in which case the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. Refund Processing
   ● You will receive a refund once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. The refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will usually be reflected in your account within 2 business days.
   ● If the item cannot be returned due to damage, quality issues or shipping issues, we will provide you with a full refund.
4. Non-returnable items
   ● Customized, special order or special discount items cannot be refunded.
   ● Any used, assembled or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
5. Exchange Policy
   ● If you would like to exchange an item instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team to arrange it. The exchanged product needs to meet the requirements of the refund policy (i.e. the item is unused and intact).
